Known locally as the “Round House,” this distinctive mid-century modern residence in Sarasota was staged by iStage Homes to honor its architectural originality while making it appeal to today’s luxury buyers. The home’s curved walls and open radial layout inspired a staging plan built around balance, proportion, and flow. Our team curated classic mid-century furnishings with warm woods, clean lines, and muted textiles to complement the home’s geometry without overwhelming it. Soft coastal tones and sculptural décor helped tie the architecture to its Sarasota setting, blending vintage character with contemporary sophistication.
