Yes. Our contract clearly outlines scope, responsibilities, and replacement values. iStage Homes carries liability insurance for the move-in/move-out process. Once furnishings are installed, they are the client’s responsibility.

Staging fees are fully earned and due prior to installation, regardless of how fast the property sells.

Most Sarasota staging projects are completed within 48 hours once furnishings arrive. We are typically booked 1–3 weeks in advance, though last-minute openings may become available.

If heavy rain is in the forecast, installation may be rescheduled. Please give 2–3 business days’ notice for client-initiated changes or cancellations to avoid moving-company fees.
